feat(i18n): translate Services, Resources, Testnet into 7 locales (42 pages) - #49

Add hand-written translations for the services chapter (overview, ImageHoster, Jussi, Steem DAO) plus the Resources and Testnet pages to zh, ru, fr, de, it, es and ko — 42 new pages. - Prose and frontmatter titles/descriptions translated; code blocks, curl examples, URLs, paths and headers byte-identical to the en sources; markdown link targets unchanged (link text translated). - Placeholder pages (Jussi, Steem DAO, Resources, Testnet) keep their 'being reorganized / prepared / planned' semantics. - config.mts: add per-locale Guides group (Resources + Testnet) and Services group (Overview, ImageHoster, Jussi, Steem DAO) to the sidebar; subpage links use the same no-trailing-slash form as en. Verified: pnpm build exit 0; 42/42 pages rendered in dist; source tree greps clean for redis/pprof/metrics/private-IP token families.
