adding
compute_cisandreturn_wald_pas arguments for estimation when we have a reference set and anemuFitobject but not afastEmuFitobject (it seems like I'd just forgotten to pass these two arguments through in this case - they are passed in in other cases such as the data-driven reference set estimation - so right CIs and Wald p's are running no matter what, which isn't ideal behavior).
