Declare Standalone example project as Public explicitly #84
Description
Problem
src/config/standalone.tfvars declares landing_zones["public-exmpl"] without corporate, and does not configure connectivity. The root input defaults omitted corporate to true, so the corporate area-reference validation cannot succeed for this example.
Confirmed by source inspection on current main (2bb7c755692674ad619ffc46a0a17a781f019106) and a Configurator contract test. No cloud apply was performed. The existing Configurator's legacy Standalone editor explicitly writes corporate = false, hiding the template problem; a lossless importer must not silently reinterpret the source.

Expected result / acceptance
- Mark the Standalone example project explicitly as Public (
corporate = false) or otherwise resolve its missing connectivity consistently with the Standalone use case. - Preserve the existing root default for other consumers unless a separately documented compatibility decision changes it.
- Add an offline/native contract test for this template with all required fixture identities, ensuring no corporate network reference is required.
- Regenerate affected template catalogues after accepting the source change; preserve previously saved Configurator revisions and export hashes.
Related: #20 established template test coverage, but is closed and does not document this specific mismatch.

Local qualification update — 2026-10-10 (#84)
Implemented in the local working tree: the actual Standalone example explicitly sets corporate=false. The current template catalogue and both input inventories were regenerated with the existing deterministic HCL adapter. The root Corporate default and flagless legacy imports remain unchanged; other catalogue templates are byte-equivalent in structured comparison.
Evidence: credential-free backend-disabled OpenTofu 1.12.6 init/validate, actual tfvars console evaluation, 14 native root/governance cases; Go 1.27.1/Node 24.21.0 importer/exporter round-trip and all three freshness checks; app lint/types/build, 436 unit passes (53 environment-gated skips), 278 desktop/mobile browser passes.
Not committed, pushed, released or cloud-applied. Historical migrations, locks, published bindings and runner metadata were not rebound. Issue remains open pending delivery/acceptance. Local evidence: landing-zone-configurator/docs/mvp-acceptance.md.

Implemented in #102. The Standalone source template explicitly sets corporate = false; the root default for other consumers remains unchanged. Native offline tests cover the Public example without connectivity and reject an implicit Corporate project without its area reference. The generated template/input catalogues are checked against source, while existing saved revisions/export identities are preserved.
The targeted native suite passed 11/11 and the PR native/catalogue checks are green. Automatic closure is linked to the integration PR merge; no customer Apply was performed for this source-contract correction.
