I learnt resently that zoom levels between mapping libraries are different, e.g. MapLibre and OpenLayers. So e.g. zoom level 13 in OpenLayers shows a different map extent than in MapLibre. The better way seems to be use specify resolutions.
This means, specifying minmax_zoom is ambiguous and gives different results depending on the mapping library used. Should this be improved to something that produces a more reliable map behaviour?
