Cuts v0.15.0 for the memory-architecture reference merged in #9 — a new reference and a changed description, so minor.

Highlights: retrieval as four decisions (it was 2 mentions in 1,938 lines), facts separated from experience and split by entity, the long-tail trap in frequency-based forgetting, and agent-sync named as coordination rather than shared memory.

§7 was split, not trimmed — the body is now 4659 tokens, below the 4708 it sat at before this work.
