Adds an Agent Plugins root manifest and schema-valid Streamable HTTP MCP configuration for a future ChatGPT/Codex public-directory package. The interface uses Sourcey's current mark, support and policy URLs, and keeps the data MCP distinct from the Sourcey Docs generator. It preserves Claude, Grok and Cursor MCP wiring and bumps plugin metadata to 0.1.1. OpenAI directory review remains pending.
