Windows
.exebuilds are Authenticode-signed via Azure Trusted Signing (the signature Windows itself recognizes, so SmartScreen/UAC trust it) in addition to a Sigstore provenance bundle for supply-chain integrity (.bundlefiles included in releases). Other platform builds are unsigned. See platform-specific notes above for bypassing security prompts. Signing setup is documented in SIGNING.md.To verify the Authenticode signature (Windows):
Get-AuthenticodeSignature .\<file>.exe | Format-ListTo verify the Sigstore provenance bundle:
cosign verify-blob --bundle <file>.exe.bundle \ --certificate-identity-regexp "https://github.com/socrtwo/Universal-File-Repair-Tool/" \ --certificate-oidc-issuer "https://token.actions.githubusercontent.com" \ <file>.exe
