feat(seo): per-tool Open Graph images - #112

- scripts/generate-og.mjs renders a 1200x630 branded PNG per tool (category- colored band + chip, Space Grotesk name, summary, wordmark) at build time via prebuild → public/og/<id>.png; [tool].astro points og:image/twitter:image at it. - Generated (not committed): public/og gitignored; regenerated each build. - Excluded from the SW precache (og/*.png globIgnore) so 2.4 MB of social images don't bloat the PWA. Generates a unique branded 1200×630 OG image per tool at build time (satori → resvg), so shared links show the specific tool instead of one generic image.
