fix(email): call the monthly email Skill updates - #632

🤖 Agent verification of head Rendered the current email template with real public Skill commit history. At 375px, the longer Skill updates branding and footer fit without horizontal overflow. The email body contains no displayed digest wording. An independent agent reviewed the screenshot.
Routes, API values, campaign IDs, and stored email preferences keep their existing identifiers. Generated CLI help remains exact to the published CLI. No email was sent. |

The monthly email shows Skill commits, but its previews and settings still call it a digest. Use Skill updates across onboarding, account settings, marketing, email subjects, branding, and unsubscribe pages. Monthly Skill updates states the schedule in settings.
Update the canonical vocabulary and copy. Keep existing routes, API values, campaign identifiers, and saved preferences. Align the privacy page with the automatic signup welcome and opt-in recurring emails.
