Route usage output through stcc_show_help()/stcc_show_version() (Diagnosticism version strings, shared console-width handling), wire CMake/CI/docs for the new dependency, and link only sistools-common-c::core to avoid a duplicate libclasp.a.
Guard stream cleanup on in_path/out_path so pipe-backed stdin/stdout are not closed, and treat fclose/fflush failures as EXIT_FAILURE with a diagnostic so ENOSPC/EPIPE are no longer swallowed.
* Replaced clasp_alias_t / CLASP_ALIAS_ARRAY_TERMINATOR with clasp_specification_t / CLASP_SPECIFICATION_ARRAY_TERMINATOR in entry.c; * Pass the specifications parameter to stcc_show_help() instead of the file-scope array; * Bumped SISTOOL_CHOMP_VER_PATCH and refreshed CHANGES.md / NEWS.md;
