Candidate Assessment now has tests that pin installability, Ashby fields, each interview criteria, core gates, and the boundary between startup hiring evidence and large-company AI examples. The five review rounds found three real problems after the initial merge, and this follow-up fixes them while recording how optional skills should be packaged next time.
