• require review findings to pass the ordered reviewee-judgment resolution method before disposition
• make change necessity and decision-changing alternatives explicit in the resolution record
• route orchestration review resolution through the shared reviewee-judgment skill and align disposition labels
• bump the package version to 1.3.2

Behavioral verification

A fresh codex exec review loop independently classified an introduced decoder abstraction as unnecessary, selected deletion and reuse of the existing formatter owner, delegated only the accepted corrections, and passed the same reviewer on rerun.
