Keep localized READMEs in sync with the review workflow

Summary

• refine the English README wording introduced in Improve autonomous implementation review convergence #70 while preserving the documented review behavior
• add the quality-profile and implementation-review updates to all five localized READMEs
• adapt each translation to its existing terminology and tone instead of translating the English text literally
