• Refine agent and recipe prompts for evidence-driven model autonomy while preserving workflow gates and user-owned decisions.
• Strengthen diagnosis scope coverage and convergence without fixed iteration or file-count limits.
• Simplify planning, implementation verification, and quality-check contracts by removing obsolete thresholds and unused output fields.
• Bump all plugin manifests to version 0.24.5.
