chore: bump ShellDocs to 0.1.19-alpha - #3

0.1.19 fixes the table of contents on interactive sites: the highlight follows the scroll again and clicking an entry stays on the page instead of going home. Also lists each llms.txt group once and points the page menu's chat links at SiteUrl.

Moves the site to ShellDocs 0.1.19-alpha, which fixes the table of contents on the live site.
Only the four package versions and the version strings change; no page needed new wording.
Checked: Release build 0 warnings; on the dev server at desktop width, clicking a TOC entry stays on /docs/theming and moves the highlight; llms.txt has one "Pages" group.
