- Bump every Serverpod package, the CI `VERSION`, CONTRIBUTING and the board's contribute page from 4.1.0-beta.3 to 4.1.0-rc.1. - Refresh the agent skills with `skills get` (Claude, Cursor and `.agents/skills`); adds shad-overview and the flutter_scene skills. - AGENTS.md: agents now start the stack with `serverpod runner start` (per the 4.1.0-rc.1 template), read `tail_runner_logs` when the server is down, and stop the runner only when asked. - Migration for the auth module's new `serverpod_auth_idp_email_account_otp_login_request` table. A file opened with a pending outbox turns ready inside RevFileSync.open (when the outbox is applied), which schedules maintenance. open() then awaits the store before creating its sync core, so on a slow machine the maintenance timer fired first and read `sync.core` before it was set (LateInitializationError, flaky offline_scenarios_test #3 on CI).
