New action for register 0x,1x with count >1 does not allocate correct address for created simulation items

When creating new sim actions for Address' 0x and 1x, if count is different than 1, all points created will use the initial address provided.
Ex New sim with:
Addr 0x 10
Count 10

Create 10 entries, but all using address 000010, instead of address 000010 to 00019
