What changed
Added an early Gradle JVM version check in
settings.gradle.kts.The build now fails with a clear message when Gradle is launched with a JDK outside the supported 17–21 range, instead of allowing an unclear Gradle error to surface later.
Verification
buildPlugin verifyPlugin --no-configuration-cachesucceeds.git diff --checksuccessfully.No other project files were changed.
