The docs published for 0.14.0 still tell readers to pip install mosaicml-streaming, which installs the old package this project replaces. This fixes the install instructions and releases them as 0.14.1, so the stable docs, which build from the latest release tag, show the right command too.

• index.md: pip install streaming-community.
• distributed_training/performance_tuning.md: pip install --upgrade "streaming-community[simulator]".
• The four tutorial notebooks (cifar10, synthetic_nlp, parallel_dataset_conversion, spark_dataframe_to_mds): the %pip install cells and the sentence above them name streaming-community, and the commented git install line points at this repository.
• streaming/_version.py: 0.14.1, and a 0.14.1 changelog entry.

Text only; no library code changes. Checked locally: no install reference to mosaicml-streaming is left under docs/source, the notebooks are still valid JSON, and the pre-commit hooks pass on the changed files. The docs CI job builds the site with warnings as errors.
