Verified against the published v1.4.1: a consumer with
replace github.com/jmoiron/sqlx => github.com/secondwindoss/sqlx v1.4.1fails withgithub.com/secondwindoss/sqlx@v1.4.1 used for two different module paths, because the fork imports its ownreflectxunder the new path. The Migrating section now says so and points at the import rewrite.
