Trial copy of the "Styrene A" font family doesn't include the ampersand (
&), but the site currently expects it in the Regular, Medium, and Bold fonts. This PR adds an original recreation of the ampersand to these fonts. (For additional glyphs, should license these fonts or use a different font family.)
