An audit of the texts before release 2.8 found what a user of 2.7 would not learn from them; this fixes it.

  • upgrading (EN, RU): a service adds itself to All.sln; containers run on a read-only filesystem, the file log moved to appsettings.Local.json.
  • version.json: the notes of 2.8 name dotskit first, read-only containers, the test servers, --Solution; one phrase each, without mechanics. The headline stays empty: it is written at the release, and promote.yml refuses a release without it.
  • index.html: dotskit in "what you get" and "try it"; the row of --Agent.
  • README, docs/README (EN, RU), nuget README: dotskit init and upgrade; the example version is 2.8.0.
  • CONTRIBUTING: the release publishes the tool beside the template, and the nuget.org key must cover both; a release condition is the samples branch lifecycle built from the commit and green.
  • what-it-gives (EN, RU): the samples are regenerated after a release and once a day when dev has moved.
  • roadmap (EN, RU): the row of 2.8 names what it brings; ADR-006 has a title in each language.

Reviewed before the PR by an agent without context, two rounds, closed; the text-edit search finds nothing in the added lines.
