feat: full and full-dev get a third service, Notifications, by dotskit after the template made the first two - #22

…t after the template made the first two - generate.sh runs a command that starts with dotskit by the template's tool of the same version: built from the sources of a branch, installed from nuget.org for a release; with --yes and --allow-dirty, as the folder is a fresh generation - variants.json, from 2.8: Orders with --Solution and without --Notify email; dotskit init, then dotskit new -S Notifications --Notify email --Messaging outbox; the about of full names MongoDB, email and the three services - full takes the entry with the release of 2.8, which publishes the tool on nuget.org; full-dev takes it now from dev
