feat: nightly carries the flags dev adds before a release, MongoDB now - #15

- the nightly variant generates with --MongoDB on both services: nightly follows the template's dev, which has the flag since DotNetSolutionKit #83, while full is generated from the release v2.7.0, which has not - its description says it carries the flags of full and the ones dev adds before a release
