fix(tutorials): align code-fence indentation to valid CommonMark (step 3)

Fixes malformed code-fence indentation in tutorials where opening/closing ``` delimiters drift from the code body, so under CommonMark/Goldmark the fence mispairs and swallows a ### step heading into a `

` block (the tutorial renders with a collapsed/missing step). The 2 xsa files also had mixed CRLF/lone-CR line endings normalized to LF (the actual cause of their fence breaks). Only fence indentation + line endings changed; prose, code, and images are unchanged. Verified each file renders the full step count under the real Goldmark/Hugo config. Part of the fence-parser realign follow-up (tutorials-ims #2772).
