Summary

• fix: include folder entries in deploy zip count to match server limit @W-24345651@ forcedotcom/source-deploy-retrieve#1844 changes zipFileCount to include folder entries (which count toward the server's 10,000 limit), so the --verbose output label changes from Files: to Entries:
• Updates verbose.nut.ts to expect 6 (5 files + the classes/ folder entry) instead of 5

Notes

• The verbose NUTs will fail until an SDR version containing #1844 is published and consumed here. This PR is what lets the SDR extNUTs pass against #1844.
• zipSize assertions are unchanged — JSZip already emitted the folder entry; only the count changed.
