…nsive to compute

I'm conflicted about this. One one hand, the memory impact isn't large: 2mb on rust-analyzer, 13mb on buck2 and 14mb on omicron. On the other hand, the speed gains aren't large as well: ~2 seconds on rust-analyzer or 2 ginstructions (0.4%). So I figured I'll let others decide.
Example
---
```rust
fn main() {
    if cfg!(target_os = "$0")
}
```

**Before this PR**

Cannot complete

**After this PR**

```text
ba cuda
ba dragonfly
...
```
…-queries

perf: Querify some things that are called by the solver and are fairly expensive to compute
fix: complete cfg key-value in string inside cfg!()

fix: pass rustc path to unstable-book-gen
According to the plan outlined [in Zulip](https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/185405-t-compiler.2Frust-analyzer/topic/Breaking.20up.20hir-ty/near/617085080).

This first step extracts the `hir-ide` crate, containing extra diagnostics, display, and tests. Tests must be in the leaf crate because they need access to the full database (some can go with a dummy impl for some methods, but it'll be more complicated than just moving them here).

We had to make some compromises; pretty-printing MIR and MIR errors requires display, so we need it to be in `hir-ide`, but then it can't be an inherent method, so we made it an extension trait and also made a proc macro to make that easier (copied from rustc).
…y-step1

internal: Break hir-ty up, step 1
Previously we just iterated the variants with the candidate tag, which
isn't correct when some variants are untagged due to the niche
optimisation.

Instead, calculate the variant correctly by copy-pasting the rustc
implementation as much as possible.

https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/e023590de407f417e0f3da675a372eca7acf60c6/compiler/rustc_const_eval/src/interpret/discriminant.rs#L134-L200

Without this, we'd previously show the wrong variant in hover, or
outright panic (the new test case panicked prior to this fix).

(I first spotted this when investigating a SCIP crash on
paritytech/polkadot-sdk.)

AI disclosure: Code partly written by GPT-6.1 Sol, code review and
commit message by me.

to build non-ambiguous monikers in `StaticIndex`.

This only moves the enum definition, actually passing the data down

avoid exporting non-instantiable mono items

a reachable non-generic function with an impossible where-clause can be included in the exported symbol list even though codegen does not produce its definition

we can check impossible clauses before adding the item to the exported symbols

  10. dist-powerpc64le-linux-musl: 1h 40m -> 1h 9m (-31.0%)
How to interpret the job duration changes?

Job durations can vary a lot, based on the actual runner instance
that executed the job, system noise, invalidated caches, etc. The table above is provided
mostly for t-infra members, for simpler debugging of potential CI slow-downs.

Finished benchmarking commit (bd4c6cc): comparison URL.

Overall result: ❌ regressions - please read:

Our benchmarks found a performance regression caused by this PR.
This might be an actual regression, but it can also be just noise.

Next Steps:

  • If the regression was expected or you think it can be justified,
    please write a comment with sufficient written justification, and add
    @rustbot label: +perf-regression-triaged to it, to mark the regression as triaged.
  • If you think that you know of a way to resolve the regression, try to create
    a new PR with a fix for the regression.
  • If you do not understand the regression or you think that it is just noise,
    you can ask the @rust-lang/wg-compiler-performance working group for help (members of this group
    were already notified of this PR).
