docs: Update skills repo references to runpod/runpod-plugins-official#716

The Runpod agent-skills repo was renamed from runpod/skills to runpod/runpod-plugins-official. Update install commands, marketplace add commands, and repository links across the agent skills and Flash docs. The flash SKILL.md now lives under plugins/runpod/skills/flash/.

Confirmed from the renamed repo's README that the install command is now npx skills add runpod/runpod-plugins-official and that the flash skill lives at plugins/runpod/skills/flash/SKILL.md (not flash/SKILL.md at repo root), so the SKILL.md link was updated to the new path.

The Runpod agent-skills repo was renamed from runpod/skills to runpod/runpod-plugins-official. Updates install commands (npx skills add), Claude Code/Codex marketplace commands, and repository links across get-started/agent-skills.mdx, flash/overview.mdx, and flash/quickstart.mdx. Also corrects the flash SKILL.md link to its new path under plugins/runpod/skills/flash/.
