Thanks for putting this together, Al! Two small version typos:

• unaffected_versions should be < 0.1.0.pre42, not < 0.0.pre42.
• patched_versions should be >= 2.0.0.rc1, not >= 2.0.0.r1.

RC1 is the first patched release; RC2 and RC3 include the fix too. The versions quoted in the notes section are already correct.
