Resolve Dependabot alerts and add npm to Dependabot config - #27

Refresh brace-expansion lock entries to patched versions within their existing ranges, and add a yarn resolution to lift serialize-javascript to ^7.0.5. mocha 10 and 11 pin serialize-javascript ^6.0.2, and only the ESM-only mocha 12 accepts v7; mocha loads it solely for parallel mode.
Group all JavaScript dependency updates into a single monthly PR with a 7-day cooldown, matching the github-actions configuration.

Resolves the open Dependabot alerts and adds JavaScript dependencies to the Dependabot config.
Dependabot alerts
All five alerts are in dev dependencies.
resolutionsentry for^7.0.5, which resolves to 7.1.2. mocha 10 and 11 pinserialize-javascript ^6.0.2; only mocha 12 accepts v7, and it's ESM-only, which would require reworking the CommonJS test harness loaded by the VS Code extension host. The official@vscode/test-clirunner also pins mocha 11, so the override would be needed there too. mocha only loads serialize-javascript in--parallelmode, which this repo doesn't use.Dependabot config

yarn install --frozen-lockfile,yarn lint, andyarn run vscode:prepublishpass.yarn teston macOS fails to launch VS Code 1.140 onmaintoo (its binary was renamed fromElectrontoCode, which@vscode/test-electron2.5.2 doesn't know about), so I ran the suite with the executable path passed explicitly. CI runs on Linux and isn't affected.
