The file example.cpp compiles without errors on Windows but crashes. This problem may also affect ros_control.
The goal of this change is to eliminate the
set(CMAKE_WINDOWS_EXPORT_ALL_SYMBOLS ON)directive, which causes problems.Tested using robostack/rolling and Ubuntu 26.04/lyrical.
