The Quickstart says private projects are available only to paid customers. The Free Tier now includes private projects, so remove that restriction from the example comment and explicitly include the Free Tier. The example's MIT license and SDK behavior are unchanged.
Part of PRO-551.
Verification: compared the comment with the current pricing page, including its “Is my data private?” answer; reviewed the one-line diff and ran
git diff --check. This is a prose-only correction, with no runtime changes or new tests. Project visibility is separate from the workspace setting for data licensing and model training; this change makes no claim about those permissions.Kept in draft for Leo's approval. No merge or release is authorized by this PR.
