Description

Customers can upload standard fine-tuned OWLv2 models with only weights and ordered class names. Add owlv2 packaging to the existing deployment methods, with optional model configuration, image preprocessing, complete tokenizer, and prompt overrides. The exporter supplies pinned standard defaults, and the SDK packages the checkpoint without loading it.

How has this change been tested?

Ruff formatting, lint, and diff checks passed. No test suites ran locally. Earlier packaging preserved the customer checkpoint bytes but used the previous model-type name. Hosted upload testing with model_type="owlv2" remains pending.

Any specific deployment considerations

Kai handles releases. Release this SDK change after the platform, rflm exporter, and inference runtime are available. The Publish WorkFlow GitHub Action runs when a release is published. No release or deployment was triggered.
