1.3.0 added an autouse fixture that fetches a Bluetooth adapter, which needs the system D-Bus on this Linux backend and fails in the build container. The two tests never touch an adapter, so they are called directly instead of through pytest.
1.3.0's setup.py lists license_files=["LICENSE.md"] explicitly, which replaces setuptools' default glob and drops the LICENSE.<dep> files staged for the libraries auditwheel vendors. Widen the list with a patch (applied by a step that skips releases without one).
