… a v prefix 1.11.0 is tagged 1.11.0, older releases are tagged v1.10.0, so the fixed v prefix made the checkout fail.
1.11.0's [tool.cibuildwheel] environment passes -mtune=generic, which GCC rejects on riscv64 ("unknown cpu 'generic' for '-mtune'"). Restate the environment without it.
…ted up front The extension does not declare free-threading support, so importing it under cp314t re-enables the GIL with a RuntimeWarning, which upstream's filterwarnings = error turns into a collection failure. PYTHON_GIL=1 gives the same outcome without the warning and is ignored on GIL builds.
