2.12.0's setup.py hardcodes license_files, so the root LICENSE.leptonica and LICENSE.tesseract-ocr added by patch 0001 no longer reached the wheel and the post-build licence check failed.
…nners test_parallel_api_lifecycle waits on its worker threads with a hardcoded result(timeout=45) and takes ~43s when it passes on the riscv64 runners; the cp313-musllinux leg took ~57s and failed with a bare TimeoutError while the same wheel passed on every other leg. Carry a patch raising the wait to 180s and apply it for the versions that ship the test.
