Build fix needed for Gradle 9.8.1

Gradle 9.8.1 fails the build because :sdk-core:kspKotlin reads the output of :sdk-core:generateProto without depending on it. The generated proto sources are in the main source set, and KSP2's KspAATask isn't a KotlinCompile, so the existing codegen wiring didn't cover it. KSP tasks now depend on generateProto.

They don't depend on all codegen tasks, because that creates a cycle: generateJsonSchema2Pojo → processResources → kspKotlin.
