mailsec provider-quarantine listandmailsec release-request list, with matching SDK methods. Both preserve connection/status/time/cursor selectors and return independent feed coverage, so unavailable consent cannot look like a healthy empty queue. Releases and denials are observations; these commands do not approve a release.Risk: the new commands require an Email Security API build with the provider visibility routes. Existing report status filtering is unchanged.
Validation: CI-equivalent unit and microbenchmark suite: 4668 passed, 6 existing credential/platform skips. Added transport, CLI coverage-preservation and rejected-status/page-size checks. Discovery, explain help, command catalog and CLI reference updated.
Live check: list both feeds on a Microsoft connection; missing optional permissions should return
