Overview
Updates the locked mistune dependency from 3.3.0 to 3.3.3 in uv.lock (transitive via nbconvert in the docs/Jupyter stack).

This pulls in patch-level parser and renderer fixes from upstream: depth limits on emphasis/images to avoid recursion issues, link-label and plugin performance improvements, safer link protocol handling (SAFE_PROTOCOLS), and corrected Markdown rendering for nested links and literal emphasis markers. No application source changes—only the resolved package version and artifact hashes in the lockfile.
