## Debugging Runs

Each run leaves the agent's raw trajectory at `jobs/<job>/<scenario>/agent/<agent>.txt`
(one JSON event per line). Render one readably by pointing at the scenario dir:

```sh
uv run scripts/manual/parse_agent_log.py jobs/<job-name>/<scenario>
```

Recognized logs: `claude-code.txt`, `opencode.txt`, `pi.txt`. Chain-of-thought is hidden
by default (`--show-reasoning` to include it) and tool output is capped at 1000 chars
(`--limit N`, `--limit 0` for everything).
