RoundEngine 系列第 4 步：Android 接入共享轮次引擎。基于 #669 合入后的 master。

改了什么

• 新增 JNI 绑定 FlowBridge.stepRound(stateJson, eventJson)，底层是 flowcore::StepRoundJson，已登记进编码后的 JNI 注册表，jniRegistration.test.ts 的 native 方法数从 18 改为 19。
• SyncCoordinator.java 原先手写的轮次逻辑都删掉了：runConfiguredRound、query 循环、双预算的 performAttempts、capToHoldBudget，以及结果映射。runOnce 改为循环调用引擎，逐条执行返回的命令：
  • perform：处理 env、HTTP、checkInstalled
  • download：执行一次下载，回报 ok / code / timedOut，超时会取消任务
  • commit：调用 commitSyncResult
  • finishRound：映射成 BundlePreparationResult，并登记留给 crash hold 激活的未激活版本
• 平台专属的部分原样保留：
  • 轮次线程和 claim 逻辑

• SyncCoordinator.java 净删 56 行（712 → 656）。
• android/lib/*/librnpushy.so 用 NDK 28.2.13676358 重编（scripts/build-android-so.sh）。四个 ABI 都通过了导出符号校验和 check-binary-strings。

与引擎对齐（§12.4）

• 请求超时改用引擎给的值：空闲 10s、整次 15s，都按轮次预算钳制。原来用的是 HttpClients.withDeadline。
• 提交败给配置变更时报 cancelled/config_changed。Android 换配置时同时会递增 reset 代数，所以提交本来就会被拒；适配器再比较配置代数，分出是哪一种。
• 只提交缓存的那次提交如果抛错，现在报 failed/commit_failed，原来是 internal_error。

验证

• Example/e2etest 下跑 :react-native-update:testReleaseUnitTest：编译通过，7 个测试类全部通过。SyncCoordinatorTest 改为测适配器自己的部分：成功、错误码映射、超时取消。轮次策略本身由 round-engine-vectors.json 锁定。
• bun run lint、bun test（439 个）均通过。
• 端到端靠 CI 的 e2e-android（native 用例组）把关。
