Before: 23 Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese pages lagged this week's English changes, and five new or reworded playground labels showed in English.

After: each page carries the English changes, with only the changed lines updated, and the labels are translated.

Per locale (es, pt-BR, zh-Hans), the same set:

• Updated: AsyncBoundary, Controller, DataClientPlugin (Vue), DevToolsManager, Manager, getDefaultManagers, useCache, useLoading (+ _useLoading), error-policy, expiry-policy, managers (+ _StreamManagerDemo), normalization, validation, data-dependency, resource, _EndpointLifecycle, mocking-unfinished, _optimisticTransform, partial-entities, relational-data, graphql/README
• UI: frameworkSelector.selectProtocol, theme.Playground.result, theme.Playground.liveEditor, playground.fixtures.error, playground.fixtures.delay; the navbar's removed REST and GraphQL labels are dropped
• Translated new / removed pages: none
• Two edited draft blog posts are left for when they publish

translate.mjs check and mdx.test.mjs pass.
