Adds a dedicated Rspress documentation site for the current Text Motion API, with 17 matching pages in English and Korean. Users can browse installation, recipes, presets, splitters, renderers, timelines, effects, playback, accessibility, segmentation, and performance guidance instead of relying only on the READMEs.
The site follows the Gesture Image Viewer docs structure, extends the default theme with installation tabs, and uses the shared Motion Kit rabbit logo from Swipe Deck. It includes localized navigation/search, static rendering, and LLM documentation output. Workspace scripts and CI validate language parity, local links, navigation, public API coverage, and the documentation build. Historical version configuration is omitted for the current single-version API.
