Replaces #179 with a current-main implementation. Adds manual and weekly native simulator coverage on the Xcode 27 runner for the UI shell, search, and edge suites. Verification artifacts are written to the runner temp directory and uploaded for every suite.\n\nThis intentionally omits the stale dependency bump and DerivedData/artifact cache from #179. Known current search baseline failures are tracked in #205.
