P2 Badge Deduplicate merged changes in the release notes

Each adjacent pair describes one logical change twice: for example, bd316c0 is the merge commit whose second parent is fa7a688, so these two entries do not represent separate social-command features. The same duplication affects the album, logging, config, path-expansion, Chinese-name, and notarization entries, making the 1.0.15 changelog misleading and inflated; retain only one entry from each merge/PR-commit pair.
