Summary
Update the GPU row in the Dragon Q8B spec table from the generic "Qualcomm Adreno™ GPU" to the specific "Qualcomm Adreno™ 690 GPU" (CN & EN).
Motivation
Requested by internal support (售后技术支持群). The Q8B uses the Adreno 690 GPU on the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 (SC8280XP) platform; the spec table previously listed only the generic Adreno brand without the model number, which is less precise than other rows (e.g. Kryo CPU, Hexagon NPU).
