arm64: dts: qcom: lemans-draco-evk: add video-firmware iommu node

Add the missing video-firmware iommu node (same SID as
lemans-el2.dtso) so firmware loading uses the correct self-managed
TZMem path on Draco.

Depends on: #1839

Add compatible strings for the Qualcomm LeMans Draco EVK board
based on the SA8775P/QCS9100 SoC.

(cherry picked from commit 9736e78)
Add build entries for lemans-draco-evk.dtb and
lemans-draco-evk-el2.dtb.

Add the SOM device tree for the SA8775P/QCS9100-based LeMans
Draco EVK with RPMH regulators for three pmm8654au PMICs,
QUP/remoteproc firmware paths, debug UART, and board clocks.

Add the top-level board DTS and extend the SOM DTSI with carrier
board peripherals: I2C GPIO expanders, EEPROM with MAC address
layout, UFS, USB, uart10 as console, and remoteproc SMMU stream
IDs. Remove pcie0, pcie1 and ethernet0 absent on this board.

(cherry picked from commit d5c1ee4)
lemans-draco-evk-som.dtsi inlines the Lemans EL2-hosting device-tree
modifications normally applied via the lemans-el2.dtbo overlay, but
missed the video-firmware child node under &iris that the overlay
also provides.

Without this node, IRIS has no fw_dev, so it takes the firmware-load
path meant for boards with an external hypervisor managing the SHM
bridge. Since Draco hosts EL2 in Linux itself, TrustZone rejects the
un-bridged firmware buffer with -EINVAL, and IRIS firmware load fails.

Add the missing video-firmware iommu node (same SID as
lemans-el2.dtso) so firmware loading uses the correct self-managed
TZMem path on Draco.
