- Line 15: Update the fixture to set `skip_list` by model class, preserving
MLateOn’s empty set while retaining `{9}` for models that skip token 9. Adjust
`test_padding_and_punctuation_are_still_filtered` to expect token ID 9 to remain
for MLateOn, and mask it in `test_documents_with_no_retained_tokens` so that
case still tests empty output.

This PR fixes nonfinite float16 embeddings in ColBERT and LateOn postprocessing. With this, local float16 exports keep their dtype and normalize correctly using the shared helper.
ColBERT normalizes each retained document separately to keep temporary memory bounded.
Fixes #825.
The full suite passes with 228 passed and 20 skipped. The 47 focused tests pass on Python 3.10, 3.12 and 3.14, along with the lint, formatting and type checks. Float16 coverage uses synthetic model outputs.
