Copy the running manifest unchanged from release/1.6 at 4fcdbf4. Keep the 1.5 and 1.6 static manifests and remove the oldest snapshot. The release snapshot excludes the VGF alias_buffer_mutations argument, which is available on main but is absent from the 1.6 release branch. Keep the running manifest on main unchanged.
