The overall fuzzing coverage and effectiveness of proejct cpython3 in OSS-Fuzz is low. There are multiple gaps that are worthy to fuzzed. Thus some additional fuzzers with corpus seeds and dict can help improve the overall fuzzing coverage and effectiveness of project cpython3 which helps to discover some potential issues.

    Sorry but we aren't adding new fuzzers here, they should go in library-fuzzers instead.
